Symptoms
A number of users in our environment are unable to run any BI Publisher reports. Whenever they attempt to do so they encounter the following error :
After testing it was established that the user was able to login to both the /analytics and /xmlpserver URLs without any issues.
Following attempts to run BI Publisher reports a review of the bipublisher.log file showed the following errors (note the top of each stack is shown as the stack in each case was of a significant size) :
