No Error Message When New Account Combination Entered In Journal Creation Screen And Dynamic Insertion Is Disabled (Doc ID 1612504.1)

Goal

Testing the scenario where dynamic insertion is off and user enters a non existing account combination (ccid) in the Create Journals UI. The system does not allow to proceed which is correct, but there is no message displayed at any stage asking/informing the users about the same.
Shouldn't a message be displayed indicating the combination cannot be created?
