Goal
Refresh HR data doesn't update worksheet manager in Administer worker
When we make a correction or update of manager in HR Core and run the refresh data process in administer worker for a single employee, the worksheet manager does not update, only supervisor.
However when we run the refresh HR data for the whole plan the worksheet manager updates.
Why does the HR refresh you make in Administer worker differ from the refresh you make for the whole plan?
