Fusion Apps, Why is my Flexfield Import ESS Job is completing with a Warning ?

Symptoms
When running a Flexfield Import job through ESS (Import Oracle Fusion Data Extensions for Transactional Business Intelligence) the job may fail and show a status of Warning. In some situations there may be genuine cause for error but it has been seen that the job may show an error but when the log is reviewed a Warning is reported.
Upon reviewing the ESS log files the following may be seen :
Case 1:
Log file shows EDITED for one or more Flexfields.
