How to Link Contacts to Accounts

Information in this document applies to any platform.
This document describes how to link Contacts to their Accounts (companies) using the CRM Account ID.
After setting up account linkage:
- You can create segments based on the contact’s associated account fields. For example, you can segment all contacts who are associated to a company where Industry = Technology.
- You can apply dynamic content to an email or landing page based on a field on the account.
Account linkage does not invoke any overwriting of data in Eloqua.
