SSO: Staging SSO Points To Production Zone After Refresh

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Users get an authentication error when accessing the staging zone.
They are redirected to a production zone URL instead of the staging zone URL.
The problem started after a data refresh involving the Taleo TEE zone.
