Purpose
Symptoms:
- Referrer is different on general profile and submissions.
- Referrer is not the right candidate / Agent.
- Referral is expired while it should still be valid.
- Referral did not expire as it should.
- Referral is missing on submission or profile.
- There is no referral on the candidate file or referral tab is empty.
- Cannot find referrer on a candidate file.
