Goal

Task :
Manage Account Values Value Set. The user wants to enter a translation for the description of the natural account segment of Chart of Accounts. Natural account segment is defined as an independent value set.

1) User needs to show the description of an account value in Spanish whenever the user logs in with Spanish Language set.
The Translated Value feature translates the value only. The need is to translate the description. Is it possible?

2) Customer does not have the translation for all descriptions. If they load certain descriptions in English via spread sheet, is it possible to add Spanish translation in future via UI?
