 This article describes how to troubleshoot an issue where a contact record is not updated with form data when a contact submits the form.

 1. Open the form
 2. Make sure the Update Contacts - With Form Data processing step is properly configured
 3. Make sure the key field is mapped
 4. If the form field uses a select list (picklist), make sure the same select list is used for the contact record field.
