Symptoms
When attempting to complete the Obtain Package Step of the Sales Cloud for Outlook First Run Assistant or run "Sync All Changes" after activating a new Package the following error occurs
In this scenario the error message is displayed in the Sales Cloud for Outlook GeneralLog (log.0000.txt).

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced when attempting to Install Sales Cloud for Outlook (during the First Run Assistant), after activating a new Client Deployment Package (as per Guidelines for Testing Extended Outlook Pages (Doc ID 1646125.1) or when running a sync after making changes to the Job Roles assigned to a user.
