Scheduled Report Delivers Blank Files

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When a scheduled report is delivered by email, the export file is blank.
When a scheduled Insight report is delivered by email, the export file contains data for the report.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Click the Reports Tab.
2. Click Run Report.
3. Find the report you want to schedule, and click the Schedule button.
4. Select the Frequency you want the report run: either Daily, Weekly or Monthly.
5. Enter the Parameters of the report (if any.)
6. Enter Sending options.
7. Click Save Scheduled Report.
