Information in this document applies to any platform.
For certain customer networks where TCC goes through a customer proxy to get outside of the customer's network, the proxy may not be configured to allow SSL/TLS certificate updates to pass through to TCC. This means that if there is a SSL (not SSO) certificate change for the Taleo zone the HTTPS handshake between TCC and the zone fails, resulting in a failed connection.
