Wrong Email Sent for New Employee Notification When Converting Candidates to Employees (Doc ID 1675519.1)

Symptoms

Actual Behavior
------------------------------
When a Candidate is converted to a new Employee, a different welcome email template is sent out than what is selected in the System Email Templates.

Expected Behavior
------------------------------
When a Candidate is converted to a new Employee, the System Email Template selected for the "New Employee Notification" option should be sent.
Alternately, if the System Email Template has been set to the "Do not send email" option, no notification should be generated.


Steps
------------------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Select an email template for the "New Employee Notification" system email.
1. Convert a Candidate into a new Employee with an Active status.
