Goal

Q1) Is it possible for a Manager's Manager to view goals of his indirect reports during the goal setting phase , so as to increase the transparency in the system. It will allow the skip level manager to view the employee's goals and then get them updated, if needed be.  Where can the Manager's Manager see the Goals set for the manager? Is this possible without any approval?
 
Q2) Can the Manager's Manager edit the performance document of the indirect reports?
