Goal
The Advanced Web Services API is a Responsys Interact Controlled Availability feature which requires Product Management's approval prior to enabling. To request this feature, create a Service Request with Support and provide the following information:
Account: (include shortname)
Login URL:
Enable Feature: Request to enable Advanced API
- What specific business use-cases and which specific API functions must be considered for this request?
- Is there a unique set of credentials created in the Interact account for making the advanced API calls?
- What are the Username(s) from which advanced API authentication will be made?
- What are the names of the advanced API functions you will utilize (for example, login, logout, etc...)?
- What is the current peak call volume you plan for these calls?
- What is the projected peak call volume?
