Unable to Set the Background Color of the Item to the Same as of the canvas (Doc ID 180598.1)

Symptoms

In a form, the background color for radio button/check box is set to the same color (e.g. GRAY16) as that of the canvas. 
During runtime the background color for the check box/radio button appears different from the canvas background color.
