Changes

User had create a new set of performance measures and plan component similar to an existing valid setup.

However, because of performance measure's expression referencing other performance measures, user can easily miss a dependency.

OR

If user had duplicate an expression that had reference another performance measure's name that had recently been changed, the link internally is still associated to the original performance measure.

From the expression UI, user might not be able to see the original name of performance measure so thinks the expression is correct.

OR

User has modify the one of the performance measure's  expression in the plan component that is refering to other performance measures.
