User Defined Field (UDF) with Date Drop down Does Not Display All Expected Years.

Example: The UDF is configured with the 'First Year in Range' set to "This year (2023) - 70 years", and the 'Last year in Range' to "+1". However, on the front end, the only years available to select from are 1953 and 1954.
