Symptoms

When scheduling Agents to a user name recipient, report delivery fails with following error:

ERROR

1. Eventually succeeded, but encountered and resolved errors...
  Number of skipped deliveries: 0 of 1

  AgentID: /shared/Custom/Human Capital Management/Employee Changes Report Outlook DLs (Scheduled)
Device (pcemail) is not set in (JDOE@ABCINC.COM) delivery profile.
