OTBI Agent - Unable To Send To User Name As Recipient (Doc ID 1943901.1)

Symptoms

When scheduling Agents to a user name recipient, report delivery fails with following error:

ERROR
-----------------------
1. Eventually succeeded, but encountered and resolved errors...
  Number of skipped deliveries: 0 of 1

  AgentID: /shared/Custom/Human Capital Management/Agent_Name
Device (pc email) is not set in (abc@domain.com) delivery profile.
