Incorrect Field Shows or is Missing in Advanced Search Form

Oracle Taleo Recruiting Cloud Service - Version 12A and later Information in this document applies to any platform.
A field that was not made available in Configuration > Recruiting - Administration > Fields > Candidate > [select field] > Edit Field Availability > Candidate Search or that is simply deactivated is still listed in the Advanced Search criteria.
A field that was made available in Configuration > Recruiting - Administration > Candidate Search Page is not showing in the Advanced Search page of the Recruiting Center.
