Goal
The Update Person Search Keywords process is used to create the Keywords for a person in all the installed languages and should be run to maintain keyword information to guarantee a successful person search.
In particular it must be run:
1) After a Data Load whether it is by HCM Data Loader or HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader
2) For every installed language whilst logged in with that language preference set
3) To maintain accurate keyword data if that will have been changed by daily usage. i.e location or department change
4) If future hires were entered on to the system
For 1) and 2) the process should be run to setup the initial keywords, and then for 3) and 4) for general maintenance, it can be scheduled to run periodically as required.
