Changes

Verify the setting to enable the Dynamic Condition Evaluation. Path: Configuration  > Onboarding > Settings > Proactive update of waiting conditions

If the Dynamic Condition Evaluation (DCE) setting is enabled, conditions are continually monitored. This feature makes loops unnecessary if using Offer or Personal information type fields in the condition. When a supported field value is entered or updated in Recruiting, the system checks to see whether this data is used in a waiting condition in an active Onboarding process. If so, the waiting conditions are re-evaluated according to that new information. There are some step configurations that affect the behavior. For more information on Dynamic Condition Evaluation.
