Data Export and Import: 'Authentication Required' Message When Opening a Downloaded Export (Doc ID 1951526.1)

When exporting a report to our email and pressing the "Download" button, it opens a browser giving an "Authentication Required" message and prompting me to input my Eloqua Login Credentials. Why is this happening and how can I download my report?
