Goal

BI Publisher Report output shows HTML tags as below. How to avoid the HTML tags to be displayed in BI Publisher Report.

For Example - <br>xyz<br/>
<p>xyz</p>
&nbsp
<span style='"font-weight:bold;">xyz</span>


In this scenario, these tags are observed when BI Publisher Report fetches the "Manager Overall Comments" and "Participant Feedback Comments".
