Purpose

Understanding the logic used by the system to determine how new hires are routed and to which career section the new hire will be redirected to when using the variable {TransitionsURLs_Para.TaskAccessURL} to access the careersection to complete an Onboarding task.

Note: This variable will only resolve when used in Onboarding (Transitions) message templates. It will not work in Recruiting Message templates.
