Symptoms

On : 11.1.8.0.0 version, Manage Collections-Manage Customer Correspondence

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Unable to designate Account or Account Site Contact as a Dunning Contact - the Dunning value is not listing in the Account Responsibilities List of Values



EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect to see Dunning Contact Available

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate Collections Dashboard
2. Click on customer in Delinquent Customer list
3. Under Profile See that a Collector is Defined and Send Dunning letters is checked.
4. Under Account tab
5. Click on Contact Name
6. Account Contact Responsibilities the Dunning Responsibility is not listed in the List of Values

Due to this issue, users cannot complete setup of Dunning letters.
