Final Rating Is Being Calculated Incorrectly (Doc ID 1963728.1)

Goal

 Having a performance Document with three sections. In the Overall summary section the final rating is supposed to be calculated as 70% of Performance
 Goals and 30% of Competencies. Section rating for Performance Goals is 3.4 and Section rating of Competencies is 3.24. The final ratings is however being calculated to 2.01. That is incorrect.

 Issue is NOT that the ratings is incorrectly mapped to the score. My Issue is that the calculation of score is incorrect.
Have 2 sections weighted on 70% and 30%
 section scores are 3.4 and 3.24
 The calculation method is Average

 So Overall Score should be the weighted average and calculated as

  3.4 x 70% + 3.24 x 30% = 3.352

 But in the documents it is calculated to 2.01
