Fusion Manage Benefits: Collapsing Rule is not Working for a Worker for the Second Time. (Doc ID 1967903.1)

A collapsing rule was created such that – If two life events, ‘Change Hours’ and ‘Compensation Changed’, occur within a proximity of 1 day, ‘Compensation Changed’ should be processed and ‘Change Hours’ should be voided.
The first time the Collapse Life Event is processed, the rule logic is applied and only ‘Compensation Changed’ is being processed.
Again created these two life events as on 1/1/2015, but the second time the collapsing rule is not applied, and both events are in unprocessed state.
