Oracle Taleo products are based on a set of Organizations, Locations and Job Fields (OLF), which are considered as Foundation Data.

Oracle provides an initial list for each of these categories, which is used directly in some cases (e.g. Place of Residence field) or can be used to map custom OLF elements to their real counterpart. This allows for easier integration with other systems (e.g. posting to external job boards) as these standard lists are recognized worldwide, and it is also used for specific operations, such as calculating a radius distance from a specific location.

Here is how it is possible to obtain these standard Associated Reference Locations (RSLocations), Associated Reference Industries (Organizations) and Associated Reference Job Fields (RSJobFields) lists.
