ERROR: Data Import History - "An Error Occurred When Running Your Auto Synch" (Doc ID 1981500.1)

Symptoms

A data import does not run successfully either on a schedule or when synched manually. The error message "An error occurred when running your Auto Synch" is presented.

To View the Error for a Scheduled Run

  1. Navigate to Audience > Tools > Data Export and Import > click the desired import
  2. Click the History tab
  3. Observe the error

To Prompt the Error with a Manual Run

  1. Navigate to Audience > Tools > Data Export and Import > click the desired import asset
  2. On the Overview tab, click Run now
  3. Observe the error
