Symptoms
A data import does not run successfully either on a schedule or when synched manually. The error message "An error occurred when running your Auto Synch" is presented.
To View the Error for a Scheduled Run
Navigate to Audience > Tools > Data Export and Import > click the desired import
Click the History tab
Observe the error
To Prompt the Error with a Manual Run
Navigate to Audience > Tools > Data Export and Import > click the desired import asset
On the Overview tab, click Run now
Observe the error
