Troubleshoot possible causes for the following symptoms:

Error occurred when accessing the Interview tab in a requisition file or a candidate submission.
Error occurred when sending an evaluation questionnaire.
Error occurred when completing an evaluation questionnaire.
System error when opening the Candidate / Requisition File links on the Evaluation Questionnaire.
Error displayed and evaluation management emails (correspondences) are not sent
