Purpose
Troubleshoot possible causes for the following symptoms:
- Error occurred when accessing the Interview tab in a requisition file or a candidate submission.
- Error occurred when sending an evaluation questionnaire.
- Error occurred when completing an evaluation questionnaire.
- System error when opening the Candidate / Requisition File links on the Evaluation Questionnaire.
- Error displayed and evaluation management emails (correspondences) are not sent
