Goal

An accrual plan has been setup to accrue 30 days in year.

Setup a monthly accrual frequency so that it will calculate an accrual of 2.5 per month.

However, it is calculating the accrual at end of the period (For e.g .31-JAN-2015 in case of Jan). Is it possible to calculate the accrual at the start of the period (month) ie. 1-JAN-2015?
