On : 11.1.8.0.0 version, Functional Setup Manager

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Subledger Journal Entry rules sets have been created but are not showing in the List of Values.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Subledger Journal Entry rules sets should show in the LOV

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create new Subledger Journal Entry rules set
2. Check that these show up in the LOV

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
The new Subledger Journal Entry rules set cannot be used if they are not available.
