Account Analysis Report Completes in Error (Doc ID 1987584.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.9.2.0 version, Other Issues

When trying to run the "Account Analysis Report " the report end in error with following message in log file

Cause: An internal error has occurred in the program xla_acct_analysis_rpt_pkg.beforeReport , ORA-20100: kff_filter(Test, GL, GL#, 1423983357070, GCCK) raised exception.

ORA-20101: does not exist. Primary Key: FILTER_ID:'1423983357070'
ORA-01403: no data found.


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to scheduled process from navigator
2. Search for the "Account Analysis Report " job
3. Provide the parameters and submit the report

 

Report sometimes runs for some ledgers , sometime it errors out , this is observered randomly
