An Active Assignment Rule Set Not Found Error When Assigning Leads (Doc ID 1989203.1)

Goal

A matching candidate Rule Set was created and associated with the Sales_Lead_TBA_Rule Rule Set Group. Both MKL_LEAD_ASSIGNMENT_MATCHING_RULE AND MKL_LEAD_ASSIGNMENT_RULE were associated with Sales_Lead_TBA_Rule Rule Set Group, but when running Lead Assignment, the following error is generated:

JBO-MOW:::MOW_AMENG_NO_RULE_SETS_FOR_IP: <MESSAGE><NUMBER>MOW-225011</NUMBER><TEXT>An active assignment rule set cannot be found. Contact your help desk.</TEXT>


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Lead Qualification
2. Edit or create a new lead
3. Select Actions> Reassign
