Task Completion status is not reflecting with Actual values.

In Task Completion % of completion is correct but who has completed it doesn't show?
And there are 7 direct reports but only 1 employee is show in reporting name, other 6 names are not coming up in the drop down.

Which is confusing, Employee A who is reporting to Manager has completed all tasks his name is also not visible and % of completion on task is also not visible.
