This document describes the Construction & Engineering Global Business Units (CEGBU) Cloud Maintenance schedule and associated down time for Oracle Primavera Cloud hosted on OCI.
Oracle reserves specific maintenance periods for changes that require the Cloud service to be unavailable to customers. These maintenance periods are divided into two main types; CORE system and APPLICATION maintenance.
Core system maintenance occurs at the data center level such as OS infrastructure, network, storage, security patching etc. It does not change/affect your applications.
Oracle Cloud for Industry (Hosting services provider) has designated the following downtime periods and targeted audiences for Core system maintenance.
- Quarterly Core Maintenance Affects ALL customers. During this maintenance period, your environment will likely be unavailable to you from Saturday 10:00am Eastern time until Sunday 10:00am Eastern time on the weekend identified.
Other maintenance windows may be utilized as necessary to ensure the environment is maintained to optimal performance levels.
