Benefits Extract not pulling employees until their coverage start date.

The way specific plans coverage works is that the employee is covered the first of the month after they are hired.

This means if they are hired anytime in March, their coverage begins on April 1st. With the current setup, the extract seems to add those people only after their coverage start date (so anyone hired in March will appear on the first extract of April). The requirement is for them to be on the extract before that date (their start date), so that the benefit companies can see they will have future coverage and issue ID cards and other required material.

Is there any way to change the extract, to have someone appear on the extract on the first extract after their hire date?

For example, to have an employee hired on March 12th appear on an extract pulled on March 13th although their coverage won't start until April 1st.
