Goal

Q:
Need to know how to setup a reduction in Coverage and Rates for Age Change at 65 and 70 when the Coverage Amount is selected by the employee.
We have configured Benefits and we can reduce the Rates and Coverage in an automated fashion for an age change. However, we cannot change the Coverage and Rates when an employee selects the Coverage Amount. The result is that in Self Service, the affected employee will see new Rates, but the old (not reduced) Coverage Amount.

Client needs the following reductions:
35% reduction at age 65, Additional 15% at age 70.

How is this accomplished?
