Newly Added OLF Not Returning When Typing in Suggestive Input or Filtering by Keyword

Symptoms
After adding new Organization, Location or Job Fields (OLF), the input fields (selection) do not return these values as automatic suggestions when typing in the first letters or when trying to filter by keywords.
For example when creating a new requisition and typing the first letters of a new location's name in the Location field will not suggest it to the user.
When trying to filter by keywords the element will not be present. Browsing for the OLF Element in the list will display the element.
This may also occur if newly created OLF has not been added to the Coverage Area for the group the Requisition uses, but pre-existing ones have, only the 'old' ones will be available to select, even if the 'new' ones appear in the hierarchy.
