Symptoms

'Select and Add' new product under 'Manage Product groups' Task is not working

While trying to 'Select and Add' new product under 'Manage Product groups' Task, product does not gets associated.

When click on 'Select and Add' , nothing happens.

 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The 'Select and Add' icon



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Navigator > Tools > Setup and Maintenance > All Tasks >
search for task = Manage Product Groups >
click on Go to Task >
all product groups are appearing with Lock symbol --> go to Products tab >
click on Select and Add

nothing happens
