Goal
The absence type has been configured with UOM as hours and partial day rule as unlimited.
How do we restrict the employees from submitting the absence in batches smaller than X ?
Example: An employee should only be able to enter an absence only in batches of 0.5 = 0.5, 1, 1.5, etc
