Find out why a field (standard or user-defined field -(UDF)) is not listed when looking at all fields available to be added to the Advanced Search criteria in the Recruiting Center

Note: Starting in 19C.1 Advanced Search name has changed to Find Candidates in Fluid Recruiting.
