Problem summary

Payables Selected Installments Report - Does not include removal or addition of Payments

Steps to reproduce
---------------------------------------------------
1. Create a new Payment Process Request (PPR).
2. System automatically generates "Payables Selected Installments Report".
3. Go to ACTION remove or add installments.
4. Saves the record but do NOT submit.
5. Expect to be able to rerun the "Payables Selected Installments Report" and see the modified installments.    Instead the output shows the initial installments before an modification.
