Goal
On : 11.1.9.2.0 version, Performance Management
Questionnaire: Allow additional questions is disabled
When we are creating a new Questionnaire, we found that "Allow additional questions" field on Questionnaire | Content page is always disabled and thus we are not able to create a section where Employee/Manager can add question before nominating a participant (to provide feedback in Performance appraisal cycle).
