Run Import Participants Where Party Usage = Resource but Can Not Find Participant in Incentive Compensation (Doc ID 2015250.1)

Symptoms

Import employee resource records via CRM File Import process and run Incentive Compensation's Import Participant.  Can not see the participants created in Participant Snapshot.


STEPS
1. Import Employee Resource using CRM File Based Import
2. Navigator > Participant Assignments > Import Participants
  [Scenario Name] = CN_IMPORT_PARTICIPANTS
  [Scenario Version] = 001
  [Run For] = Staging and Oracle Incentive Compensation Participant Import
  [Business Unit] = My Business Unit
  [Participant Type] = Participant
  [Party Usage] = Resource


Changes

Had errors when ran CRM File Import to load employee resource records.
