Goal
Compensation History NOT Pulling the Values from Payroll Run Results.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run payroll
2. View person process results, all the elements and values are in there,
3. Manage compensation history, make sure the element is in there,
4. Check the View compensation history, the element is in there, but without the value.
The expectation is for the view compensation to show all the amounts for the shown elements
