Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Web services seems to be limiting rows.
Want to use web services to pull a few fields in ALL records from Opportunities.
When remove the filter from the payload, only get 500 rows, but there are at least 2500 opportunities in the database.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

To be able to get all the information from Opportunities using WebServices
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Run the payload
2) Count the rusults
3) Open DTA
4) Export all Opportunity records
5) Count results
6) Compare count in step 2 with count is step 5
