Symptoms

Create accounting for receipt accounting is error out.

Error:

The accounting engine has encountered an irrecoverable error. (MODULE=xla_csch_get_linetypes) (PROBLEM=Unable to read ACCT_ATTRIBUTE tag)

Steps to Reproduced:
1. Created PO
2. Received PO
3. Delivered the PO : Putaway
4. Transfer Transactions from Receiving to Costing
5. Run this Program: Create Receipt Accounting Distributions
6. Create Entries for Receipt Accounting
