Symptoms

In an out-of-box Fusion-Taleo environment, an Export Changed (or All) Oracle Taleo Recruiting Cloud Service Data to transfer employee data from Fusion to Taleo (Fusion's User export/Taleo's employee-merge import) fails with this error:
